Texas Contract Manufacturing Group (“TCMG”) is a growing holding company composed of several well-established, precision manufacturing companies situated across the United States. TCMG celebrated a monumental ten years of business after being established in late 2014. Since then, TCMG has become a trusted solutions provider in precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly for some of the toughest and most complex industries across the world.

With seven acquisitions to date, TCMG is currently comprised of five different divisions, each with their own unique service offerings, but with a shared goal to provide collaborative, best-in-class, precision manufacturing services to a wide range of customers in a variety of sectors. From Aerospace and Defense, Medical Device, Power generation, Industrial, and Semiconductor manufacturing, and many more.
Apex Machining, founded in 1993 and acquired by TCMG in 2019, is based in California and serves many of Silicon Valley’s high-tech customer base, the medical device sector, and aerospace and defense contractors. Apex specializes in high-precision contract manufacturing for the most complex and intricate metal components and assemblies in these markets. Apex is ISO9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 certified.
Lor-Van Manufacturing was founded in 2005 and acquired by TCMG in 2021. Lor-Van specializes in precision sheet metal and assembly services, in addition to some value-added machining for a variety of customers on the west coast and across the country. Lor-Van is ISO9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 certified.
Unitech Tool &Machine is another California-based manufacturer which was founded in 2006 and acquired by TCMG in 2022. Unitech is an industry recognized name and primarily focuses on high-volume, complex, precision machining services for the semiconductor capital equipment industry across Silicon Valley and globally.
Weiser Engineering, based on the outskirts of Denver, Colorado, was founded in 1990 and acquired by TCMG in 2023. Specializing in sheet metal fabrication, precision machining and assembly, Weiser is a contract manufacturer that serves the Aerospace, Defense, Transportation, and General Industrial sectors around the world with manufacturing services certified to ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
Vista Industrial Products was founded in 1956 and joined TCMG in late 2023, serving the defense, clean energy, medical device manufacturing, semiconductor, and many other industries with high precision sheet metal, precision machining, and welding services. Vista is ISO 9001 and NIST certified.

TCMG was established in late 2014, bringing together the best precision manufacturers across the United States to serve some of the most rugged and demanding industries around the world.
